How It Works : What We Do

The Blast Digital Design Solution seeks to achieve three important goals: (1) Confirm the design goals of your new customer experience; (2) design the targeted core customer experience flow to fulfill those goals; and (3) design the first service to be delivered in the new customer experience. In Part 1, a Blast business architect reviews your new customer experience concept and goals, and identifies critical activities, resources and technology enablement required to support all services. In Part 2, Blast facilitates and contributes to the definition of the core customer experience which serves as the control model to design and orchestrate all services. In Part 3, Blast facilitates and contributes to the rapid design of a specific service which becomes the template for the team to design all other services. The engagement finishes with a team read-out to the Solution sponsor on the design work completed, and its action plan to complete detailed design of other services.
